Perishable product handling

Products are perishable. Keep refrigerated. Rinse before use.

Use clean hands, clean utensils, and clean surfaces when handling products.

Discard product if it appears spoiled, has an off odor, or was not kept refrigerated.

Customer and food service responsibility

After pickup or delivery, customers and food service buyers are responsible for final storage, washing, preparation, and handling.

Food service customers should follow their own required handling and food safety procedures before serving.
